These protect the balls of the feet while dancing and are completely optional.
Size Guide:
- Adult Petite – shoe size 12-3
- Adult S – shoe size 3-6
- Adult M – shoe size 6-8
- Adult L – shoe size 8-10
- Adult XL – shoe size 10+
Sizing up or down really depends on the width of the foot, rather than the length.
Note: they should be a fairly snug fit, otherwise they will twist around the foot while dancing.
